This website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, account registration or a newsletter database. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, styles and illustrations are served with the website.
The hosting and network services that deliver and protect the website may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. If you contact us
The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit the form contents to a website database. If you send the email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, address and message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry and manage related follow-up. Our basis for handling ordinary business enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding and conducting business. Where an enquiry is about a prospective contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
Correspondence is kept while needed to address the enquiry, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. Hosting, network and email providers may process information on our behalf. International processing may occur according to their service arrangements and applicable safeguards. We do not sell website enquiry information.
The JP Fit browser concept
The interactive concept stores demo workout entries and a rest-timer end time in your browser’s local storage so they survive a page refresh. They are not sent to us. This is functional storage, used only for the concept. Use “Clear demo data” on that page to remove it. Avoid entering sensitive health information. Storage can also be cleared in your browser settings.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us about personal information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, and exercise other rights that apply to your situation, including objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us using the address above. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Future apps and changes
Each released app will need privacy information that reflects its actual features, permissions and services. This website notice does not make claims about future app data practices. We will update this notice if the website changes.
